GoParking.me - Parking Management Platform

Designed, architected and built a web-based parking management platform from scratch for a 121-unit residential building, now used in production. Implemented multi-tenant architecture with tenant-isolated relational schema design, backend logic for permits/bays/vehicles, and rule-based validation workflows. Built QR-code parking passes tied to number plates and usage constraints, plus internal admin tooling for rule management and exception handling. Integrated third-party printing and fulfilment APIs, and continue shipping near-zero-downtime updates. The platform handles 200-300 validations per month and replaced manual enforcement processes. Tech stack: Next.js, Node.js, MySQL, external API integrations.

Automated PDF Quote Generator

Built an internal proposal generation tool integrated with CRM data and sales-call transcripts. Implemented transcript extraction and structuring, AI-assisted requirement interpretation using vector search, and automated generation of formatted proposals from reusable HTML/CSS templates.
